Manifesto
Our mission is to empower and uplift the rich heritage of the African American community in Texas through collaboration, education, and preservation. We strive to create a vibrant digital repository that fosters partnerships with Black Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums (BGLAM) to curate, archive, and disseminate the stories, artifacts, and cultural legacies that define our shared history. By engaging our communities and promoting inclusive programming, we aim to inspire future generations to honor, celebrate, and preserve the contributions of African Americans in Texas.
